Šibenik City Museum, Šibenik

In the Museum of the city of Šibenik three artifacts related with the diffusion of the Egyptian cults in Dalmatian are kept. An altar made of white limestone with an inscription dedicated to Isis was found during the excavations in Varvaria; it was previously kept in the in the Lapidary of the Varvaria locality in Bribirska Glavica. Still unpublished bronze statuette of Hermes-Thot discovered in Danilo (Municipium Riditarum) is in the possesion of Dragica Klarić, and now kept in this museum. One bronze piece of the Ptolemaic coin with the head of Jupiter-Amon and Isis cult symbol was discovered in the cape Ploče.
